Olympia is the transformation of a 140-year-old exhibition, event space and conference centre in west London.

We are creating a 14-acre destination, with restaurants, hotels, performance venues, office space and 2.5 acres of new public realm. Meanwhile, the Grade II-listed Olympia National Hall and Olympia Grand Hall will be retained and carefully restored.

Whilst Olympia is already much-loved, we’ve worked on finding a way to make the site more generous to its neighbours and equally, more efficient. Through a series of simple yet strategic moves, we’ve come up with a plan that opens the site up, improves service facilities, and creates new public spaces, bringing the site into a new era of use.

The scheme includes the largest new purpose-built theatre in London in almost 50 years; a 1,575, five storey venue with a stacked auditorium.
